This week I got to meet Kristine Houle, the intake and eligibility coordinator for ages 4 and up, and got to sit down with her and discuss everything she does. I chose her to feature because if you’re a parent or client, Kristine will be one of the very first people you see. This is great because Kristine is very sensitive to each of her clients and their families, as well as the fact that she strives to go above and beyond in her work! (You should see her filing cabinets… she keeps every single one and no one can take them away from her!) Next week, I might even get to sit in on an intake and actually experience what it’s like to do one and meet individual families as well as just get some general hands-on experience. I can’t wait!
