Too Many Adults with Developmental Disabilities (DD) Go Without Preventive Oral Health Care Because it is NOT Covered by NH Medicaid. Community Crossroads is committed to integrating oral health into the overall mission of our agency. We employ a full-time dental hygienist to address education and prevention as well as oral health screenings to local individuals in their home, day program or other community settings. We need YOUR help to expand the program & serve more adults.
Therefore, this holiday season please help us give 100 adults with DD living in our communities the gift of a critical oral health screening and prevention visit. Each $50 donation will provide 1 adult with a critical oral health screening & prevention visit in the next year.
