Every two years Community Crossroads hosts a premiere Biennial Community Partnership Celebration at the Atkinson Country Club & Resort. This event is a valuable opportunity to personally meet legislative candidates and/or voters/constituents in advance of each November election, talk about issues that impact people with disabilities, and honor exemplary members of the community!
This must-attend affair celebrates Community Crossroads’ commitment to serving more than 1,600 individuals who experience developmental disabilities, chronic health conditions, and acquired brain injuries, and their families in 11 southeastern NH towns as well as adults with long-term care needs living throughout the state.
